- Far West Regional Championships in Las Vegas
http://www.scoreboard.to/tourney/regioniv07/ For those of you are might be interested in keeping up with the latest scores and some in-depth game-score analysis by state, this view of the Far West Regionals might be for you. BTW - this site is not the official web site for this tournament. Sept 30 2006 - ScoreCard change (from VYSL) The VYSL score card feature will be modified for next weekend (10/7/2006). Teams will need to use their coach’s password to enter the system... Coaches/team managers should be the only ones to have the password, so please do not give it out to others. Player’s jersey numbers will be removed and an area for jersey numbers will be added to be entered by the teams on game day. Teams should also go back into the system and remove first names. Only last names will be required. It has been brought to our attention that this is a Risk Management issue and the public should not be able to see the player’s names and numbers. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. VYSL July 19 2006 - This year (2006/7) we are allowing the clubs to register their teams online and in one place. Teams from last year will be sent a new password so that you can update the details on that team. New teams do not require a password to initially submit a team, but they will require it in order to update any info. VYSL has asked that you submit information for the coach, assistant coach and the manager. You can also submit your rosters here too, so that the scorecards can be automatically printed with the roster and game details already pre-printed on it. If you submitted your roster last year then we have inherited those roster names for this year, and it is your responsibility to update that info. You can also submit any tournaments you may be playing in - this may help the division director adjust the schedules after they are generated. Please send your comments and/or questions to us at Support@ScoreBoard.To - thanks September 16 2005 - We strive to make this site easy to use and as informative as possible. If any of you have any suggestions about how we can improve this service, then we encourage you to make a request. Even if it is something trivial, we would like to hear from you. Please send your comments and/or questions to us at Support@ScoreBoard.To - thanks September 15 2005 - A new feature this year for the team coach/manager is the ability to print a pre-filled VYSL/Elite scorecard (HTML) for any specific game with both rosters. This feature is on the "Games by Team" page under the "SC" link. All home teams should be printing out this new pre-printed ScoreCard. This page will inherit the roster filed during registration. It also allows you to edit your team list on the scorecard too. This ScoreCard roster feature has been tested under MS Internet Explorer; Firefox and Opera browsers in a Windows environment only. In IE, you may have to Enable the features "Access data sources across domains" and "ActiveX controls". Special Feature(s)! - 2005.09.15 Attention all PDA users and techno junkies... You now have the ability to add events (games) to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar and easily add Coaches emails to your Microsoft Contact Address Book with a single click. On the Games by Team page, you will now see this icon Once you have the events and contacts in Outlook, you can then synchronize your PDA. Subsequent clicks on those icons will erase the old and add it in again. This is particularly useful when a game is re-scheduled. You can now create a URL which will give you the standings, results and schedules for just your team. This now means you'll be able to bookmark your team and/or add a link for your team schedule onto your own team web page. Here is an example for VYSL: http://www.scoreboard.to/teamxx.asp?season=vysl05-1&teamid=265 or Elite: http://www.scoreboard.to/teamxx.asp?season=elite05-1&teamid=10245 where 265 (or 10245) needs to be changed to identify your team. That teamid number for your team is currently shown when you view your teams schedule using the menu option "Games by Team" You can also personalize the page with your team colors too... try this: http://www.scoreboard.to/teamxx.asp?season=vysl05-1&teamid=265&color=blue where the color can be any of the following: red, blue, green, maroon, aqua, fuchsia, lime, navy, olive, purple, teal, yellow, silver, gray or black For the more technical readers, it's possible to create your own color by using a color combination of rrggbb where rr represents a value of 00-ff for the color red, gg for green and bb for blue for example: color=ff7700 gives orange Help! It appears that many URLs for field maps in MapQuest do not work anymore. I'm asking for your help. If you find a Field URL that is not correct, then can you please tell me or better still, supply me with the correct URL. |
