We are offering an opportunity for 5 tournaments to use our web-based publishing system at no cost!
Any organization who wishes to take advantage of this unique offer must agree to the following conditions: • This offer expires October 31st 2003. • No single organization can use the offer more than once. • No more than 2 of the awards can be from the same state or province. • No tournament can be played on the same week-end as any other tournament that we may be publishing. • There must be at least 21 days of preparation before the tournament starts - without this preparation time, there will be an associated $$$ cost. • First come; first served. • The organization running the tournament must have their own web site and be willing to add a link to our published pages. • The published tournament director is the only person who can request this offer. • Each tournament must agree to supply person(s) to create the schedules and associated data using our web-based tools. • Each tournament must agree to input results in a timely manner - soon after the game has been played.
