We are offering an opportunity for 5 tournaments to use our web-based publishing system at no cost!
Any organization who wishes to take advantage of this unique offer must agree to the following conditions: This offer expires October 31st 2003. No single organization can use the offer more than once. No more than 2 of the awards can be from the same state or province. No tournament can be played on the same week-end as any other tournament that we may be publishing. There must be at least 21 days of preparation before the tournament starts - without this preparation time, there will be an associated $$$ cost. First come; first served. The organization running the tournament must have their own web site and be willing to add a link to our published pages. The published tournament director is the only person who can request this offer. Each tournament must agree to supply person(s) to create the schedules and associated data using our web-based tools. Each tournament must agree to input results in a timely manner - soon after the game has been played.
